We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of business process improvement, systems integration and application migration initiatives for our customer.

This role will sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project resources to understand current processes, define future-state requirements and help translate business needs into practical technology outcomes.

You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops, challenging existing ways of working and producing clear documentation that enables technology and delivery teams to execute effectively.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis across business and technology initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions and requirements discussions.
• Analyse and document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop clear business, functional and system requirements.
• Support application integration, system migration and technology implementation projects.
• Map business processes, system interactions, data flows and integration requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear documentation for developers, technical specialists and project teams.
• Work closely with technology and development teams throughout solution design, build, testing and implementation.
• Act as a key connection point between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and other project documentation as required.
• Support testing, UAT, implementation and business readiness activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure agreed business requirements are reflected in delivered solutions.

What We're Looking For:

You will be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record working across technology-enabled business change.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Demonstrated Business Analysis experience across business process, systems integration and/or application migration projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience mapping as-is/current-state and to-be/future-state processes.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Experience working with software development, technology, architecture or implementation teams.
• The ability to translate between business requirements and technical teams without losing the underlying business objective.
• Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional requirements.
• Strong written documentation and presentation skills.
• Confidence engaging with both senior business stakeholders and technical specialists.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders, requirements and competing priorities within a project environment.
