We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant to work across the design, configuration, integration and delivery of Business Central solutions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the business processes behind an ERP implementation and the technology required to make the solution work.

You'll work directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and processes, translate these into effective Business Central solutions, and collaborate with technical and development resources throughout implementation and ongoing improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes and operational challenges.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops and solution design discussions.
• Analyse current-state processes and recommend future-state solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Configure and customise Business Central to meet business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
• Work across key Business Central functional areas including finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and supply chain.
• Support Business Central implementations, upgrades, migrations and integration projects.
• Work with developers and technical specialists on customisations, extensions and integrations.
• Assist with integration between Business Central and other Microsoft or third-party applications.
• Support data migration, cleansing, mapping and validation activities.
• Develop functional and technical documentation.
• Assist with system testing, UAT, defect resolution and go-live activities.
• Provide customer training, demonstrations and post-implementation support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise the customer's use of Business Central.

What We're Looking For

You'll have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and be comfortable moving between business conversations and technical solution discussions.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant, Functional Consultant or similar ERP consulting role.
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business processes into Business Central solutions.
• Experience configuring Business Central modules and functionality.
• Understanding of Business Central architecture, extensions and integrations.
• Experience working with APIs, web services and third-party integrations within a Business Central environment.
• Knowledge of AL development and Business Central extensions is highly regarded.
• Experience with Business Central implementation, migration and/or upgrade projects.
• Experience with data migration, mapping and validation.
• Strong understanding of ERP and core business processes.
• Experience producing functional specifications, solution documentation and technical requirements.
• Strong workshop facilitation and customer-facing communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively with developers, project teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who can comfortably bridge the gap between business requirements and technology.

You'll be able to sit with a customer and understand how their business operates, identify where Business Central can improve their processes, and then work with technical teams to turn those requirements into a practical solution.

You'll be consultative, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership of your work from initial discovery and solution design through to testing, implementation and ongoing improvement.
